Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Rael was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
