History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Quarion's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. A true patriot, Quarion would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

His hair is long and golden with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Aelar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aelar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aelar. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.
