History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mindartis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mindartis. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. After a long history of fighting, Nutae and his spouse have recently divorced.
