History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Hunter for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Hunter responsibilities is difficult; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Through the years after Paelias was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Paelias's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second son.
