Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Rael was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rael decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
