He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cartwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Miner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. A true patriot, Naeris would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Naeris was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
