Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Sage business.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A freak accident while working with his Beggar father left him crippled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to be a miller again

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Gennal lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his brother
