He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the east. Heian was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bellfounder. He struck the Bellfounder job and began his own company from there.
