Description: Standing 5'4", this man wears violet painted combat armor at almost all times. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Varis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Varis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gennal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gennal. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a simple violet robe with black stripes complete with hood. He wears his blonde hair up. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He wears a brown shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and green pants. He carries with him a set of daggers, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears dull white sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants revenge against brigands
