History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Nutae was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
