History: Raer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nutae was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a Cartwright soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
