His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Lucan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Lucan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Lucan and his spouse have recently divorced.
