Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He got into the Bowyer business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To be a Glassblower again.

History: He got into the Animal Trainer business at a young age. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He tends to his Animal Trainer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
