Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. He has wavy blonde hair. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Efferil was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. He worked as a nervous Miner and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult.
