History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tharivol never married again. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting dire rats, the young Soveliss began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. A true patriot, Paelias would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Paelias was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
