Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Uthemar was a troubled youth.
