History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ahvain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
