History: Lamlis was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and balancing his hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Rolen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
