Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He is portly but not overly obese. He has moderate length auburn hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Slave Trader hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a tattered pair of loose blue pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thamior grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thamior. He bought a mace and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants to work out more often

Description: He has a missing left arm. He very much looks the part of a Locksmith. He wears his white hair down. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Naal will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for him, and Naal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Locksmith. He's also a talented Sellsword, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He sports a flattop hair cut. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Riardon embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business.
