Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Korfel embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for him, and Paelias does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Paelias was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Beiro lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
