Description: This northern man wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a bastard sword on his belt. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is heavily combed to the left. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Carrie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aerdeth embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Aerdeth has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His white hair is still thick. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. The war was a terrible time for him, and Koeth does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Koeth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Koeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Koeth. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs and is in decent physical shape. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length red hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Merchant. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Mortician. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor
