Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Heian was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His childhood dream was to be a Assassin, but he was a colossal failure. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
