Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Lucan would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Halimath was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
