One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he feels kind of lost in life

History: Naill was born with his mother's beautiful face. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter
