His mother taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born into a rich family. Vanuath was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barkeep. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around his ears. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bather but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Lucan was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gifted student he started as a Map Maker, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
