History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Dreali is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Peren was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Paelias was born the youngest of three triplets. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Paelias and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Paelias discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Paelias fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
