Description: This northern man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his ceremonial dagger with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His clothes are grease stained in places. His golden hair is heavily combed to the right. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Hadarai was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His red hair is still thick. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his top brown hat.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dayereth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Suhnae embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Suhnae was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Description: This man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His chestnut hair is cut short. His half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Nutae was born with his father's beautiful face. His childhood dream was to be a Dyer, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture
