Personality: Theren wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... A true patriot, Theren would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Varis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Koeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Naeris's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Naeris was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Naeris was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Naeris's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Naeris and his spouse have recently divorced.
