Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adran grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adran. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and money/treasure
