History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
