Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. The war was a terrible time for him, and Erdan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Erdan's homeland. Erdan decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and is pretty ugly. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Riardon is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a black costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Vanuath was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and money/treasure

Description: 5'5" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. His golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dreali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content
