History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Heian was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Heian decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
