History: Efferil hails from a village terrorized by drow. Through the years after Efferil was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Efferil's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Performer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To protect his home; and balancing his hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult

Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he desires power and/or immortality
