Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
