History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
