Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Efferil does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
