History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Riardon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
