History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

After coming to the age of reason, Paelias took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
