History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
