Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
