History: Heian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Paelias was taken on many hunting expeditions. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
