History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Mindartis reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Ivellios has worked very hard to control his curse. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is greedy

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and expand his business

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Tharivol was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to raise his children well
