Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He sports a long red beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Thervan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Adran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: To be a Bather again.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is dressed in an above average manner. His blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Guard. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tattered old clothes. He has a very tight haircut. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Himo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he seems to be bored by most things
