Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born into a rich family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After months of barely getting by, Heian managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
