Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a brown costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. He has golden hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This man stands a little under 4'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. His hair is short and red. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born in the west. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker black hat.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Barber business.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
