Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Server. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Hadarai lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.
