Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
