History: Quarion was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
