History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was born in the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

History: Varis was born with his father's beautiful face. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
