History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he very much looks the part of a Spice Merchant. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Vanuath took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. He struck the Spice Merchant job and began his own company from there.
